Water reducer
Water reducer is a concrete admixture that can reduce the amount of mixing water while maintaining the slump of concrete basically unchanged. Most of them are anionic surfactants, such as lignosulfonate, naphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde polymer, etc.
After being added to the concrete mixture, it can disperse the cement particles, improve its workability, reduce the unit water consumption, improve the fluidity of the concrete mixture; or reduce the unit cement consumption and save cement.
Scope of application
It is suitable for pumping or normal concrete projects with strength grades of C15~C60 and above. It is especially suitable for preparing concrete projects with high durability, high fluidity, high slump retention, high strength and high requirements on appearance quality. It is extremely beneficial for the preparation of high-fluidity concrete, self-compacting concrete, and clear-faced concrete.
Ordinary water reducers are suitable for concrete where the daily minimum temperature is above 5°C. High-efficiency water-reducing agent is suitable for concrete construction with the daily minimum temperature above 0°C, and is suitable for the preparation of high-fluidity concrete, high-strength concrete and steam-cured concrete.
Polycarboxylate High Performance Water Reducer
- Product introduction
Aopharm independently researched and developed a new type of modified high-efficiency water-reducer on the basis of polycarboxylic acid-based high-performance water-reducers. Compared with general high-efficiency water-reducers, it has high water-reducing rate, low gas content and better dispersion good advantage.
The product is modified by advanced technology, and has good comprehensive performance indicators, and has a higher cost-effective advantage.
- Scope of application
Ⅰ. High-performance concrete, high-fluidity concrete, high-durability concrete, aluminate cement refractory concrete, low-cement refractory castable, steam-cured concrete, self-leveling concrete, etc.;
Ⅱ. High-strength mortar, gypsum products, self-leveling floor, joint filler, grouting materials, etc.;

- Use, storage and transportation
During use, please be careful not to contact the product with eyes, mouth and skin. Protective gloves and glasses are recommended. If it is accidentally stained, please rinse the stained part with plenty of water.
The powder is easy to absorb moisture and should be stored in the sealed original bag and placed in a dry place. The temperature should not exceed 40°C, and do not stack too high. Handle with care during transportation to prevent damage and avoid moisture during transportation. The product is non-toxic, non-irritating and non-flammable.
Ⅰ.The dosage is 0.5%~2.0% of the total weight of the cementitious material, and the commonly used dosage is 0.2%~0.5%. Before use, a concrete trial test should be carried out to obtain the best dosage;
Ⅱ.It cannot be used in combination with naphthalene-based high-efficiency water-reducing agents. When used in combination with other admixtures, concrete compatibility tests should also be carried out in advance;
Ⅲ.The slump is highly sensitive to water consumption, and the water consumption must be strictly controlled during use;
Ⅳ.Pay attention to the maintenance of the concrete surface.
- Shelf life: 12 months in a dry environment
